With more than three decades of accounting experience, Catherine is a knowledgeable professional. She has served on the Louis Plung & Company team since 1987. She joined as staff, then worked her way up through the ranks, serving as a senior and a manager before stepping into her current role, partner in 1997. As a partner, Catherine has extensive experience with a wide range of companies including real estate developers, construction contractors, large privately owned companies, private equity groups, and manufacturers. She has more than 30 years of experience in the tax and consulting practice sectors, with an emphasis in strategic tax planning; mergers and acquisitions, business valuations, business succession planning, multi-state tax planning, entity structuring, and business reorganizations.
Catherine also leads the Forensic Litigation Valuation practice for Louis Plung & Company. Catherine and her team work with closely-held businesses, attorneys, banks, and other clients on a wide range of forensic accounting, valuations and litigation support services.
A dedicated and trustworthy professional, Catherine strives to be a team player. She considers herself an advocate and trustworthy advisor for her clients. Catherine was inspired to pursue a career in accounting by her teachers. She attributes her career success to her dedication, trustworthiness, and mentors.
Catherine currently lives in Moon Township, Pennsylvania. She enjoys the city for its fantastic cultural district. In her free time, she likes to cook and attend theater shows.
