Dennis works closely with clients in the manufacturing, professional services, real estate, restaurant, and technology industries. He focuses on working with clients with strategic business decisions, such as buy/sell agreements, partnership structures, family interests, and more by effectively and creatively applying tax planning strategies and compliance rules to each client's situation.
Clients also benefit from having a tax advisor who can see from their perspective. Pulling from his own experience as a small business owner, Dennis offers clients a complete picture of how the appropriate tax planning can impact the bottom line and help business owners plan for the future. In addition to business clients, he works with high net worth individuals on issues including tax compliance, gifting strategies, and retirement planning.
Prior to joining Louis Plung & Company in 2011, Dennis worked for "Big 4" and regional accounting firms, and was part-owner of a fine dining restaurant, a local live music venue, and an internet marketing company.
